Simple Omelette Recepie
An easy and uick dish, perfect for any meal. This classic omelette combines beaten eggs coocked to perfection, optionlly filled with your choice of cheese, vegetables or meat.

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon of butter or oil
- optional fillings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meat, herbs
Instructions
- Beat the eggs: in a bowl, with pinch of salt and pepper until they are mixed well. You can add a tablespoon of water or milk for truffle texture.
- Heat the pan: place the non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil
- Cook the omelette: once the butter stats melting and bubbling, pour in the eggs and tilt the pan to make sure egg covers the entire surface evenly.
- Add fillings (Optional): when the eggs begin to set at the edges and they are slightly runny at the middle sprinkle filling of your choice over one half of the omelette.
- Fold and serve: as the omelette continues to cook , carefuly lift one edge of the omelette and fold it over the filling then let it cook for minute and slide it over a plate.
- Serve hot: with additional salt and pepper if needed.
